Walk-in through your separate entrance to this well-appointed 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The living room has a TV with roku for your streaming entertainment (no cable). The Kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need to prepare your meals. We also have a propane grill for a cook-out. The main bedroom has a luxurious King-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The large bathroom has a spa-like walk-in shower. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains on the patio. This Green-built home has solar hot water and solar electricity. In the evenings savor a glass of wine by the propane fire-pit as you watch the lightning bugs dance! Only 12 minutes to Downtown Black Mountain, 25-30 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 25 minutes to Chimney Rock.

Special Notes: To access the property you will have to drive a little over a mile on a dirt/gravel road. You do not need 4WD, it is not steep.
There is an upper house but it is not occupied, you will have the property to yourself!
